An Uncomfortable Accommodation
I love travelling in the nature and this while I was in the city of Mungeli for some work and I noticed a few birds chirping around in that area.  I took out my camera instantly and began looking in the direction of the noises and soon found this couple of Indian Silverbill nestled in this thorny bush. These are small passerine birds and usually choose small thorny and dense bushes to place their nests to avoid predators. This day was highly lucky for me as I got to capture many different birds like Black Drongo, Indian Spotted Eagle, Baya Weaver & Indian Rollers.
The Texas Effect
So, I was again sitting n my balcony with my camera when I noticed this small and cute little guy perched in the telephone wires outside my house. He was holding a grass blade in it’s beak which seems to be even longer than him, which clearly explains that it was preparing a nest for breeding as it was past summer which is a potential breeding season for these birds. The way this little guy holds that blade of grass in it’s beak gives me the feeling of a cowboy grabbing a twig in his mouth.
