A Thoughtful Birdie
Again, as usual I was going through the countrysides of Chhattisgarh when I noticed a small pond and a Cormorant sitting on a twig rising from between the pond. It was almost peak of the Summer and the temperatures were around 45°C; and as I stepped out of my car everything seemed to be melting and I could literally see the water evaporating and rising from the pond. The pond was in a bad condition and was almost on the verge of drying out and as I slowly approached the pond the Cormorant flew away.
Anyways, I am an optimistic bird watcher and soon I found this little plover camouflaged in the mud and that’s how I got these shots. But, as you can see how the human debris is affecting the lives of the eco-systems around us and how slowly nature and all it’s elements are suffering our negligence.
